Prempeh College teaches the national senior high school curriculum across four programmes of study.

Students prepare for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). Every student takes English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science, and Social Studies as core subjects, alongside electives in his chosen programme.

Programmes of Study

Four programmes, one standard

General Science

General Science combines Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Elective Mathematics. Students from the programme compete in NSMQ and robotics and go on to further study in medicine, engineering, and the sciences.

General Arts

General Arts combines subjects such as Government, Economics, History, Geography, Literature, and languages.

Business

Business covers subjects such as Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Business Management, Economics, and Elective Mathematics.

Visual Arts

Visual Arts includes General Knowledge in Art, Graphic Design, Picture Making, Sculpture, and Textiles.
