John Agyekum Kufuor
President of the Republic of Ghana, 2001–2009. The college’s new assembly hall, the J. A. Kufuor Auditorium, bears his name.
Dr. Kwabena Duffuor
Governor of the Bank of Ghana and later Minister for Finance; founder of uniBank.
Prof. Kwaku Ohene-Frempong
Paediatric haematologist-oncologist known for his work on sickle cell disease.
Matthew Opoku Prempeh
Member of Parliament and former Minister for Education and Energy; the college’s eleventh house carries his name.
Joseph Amoah
Sprinter who has represented Ghana in international competition.
Kwaku Sintim-Misa (KSM)
Satirist, actor, director, author, and broadcaster.
On the bench and in the academy
Supreme Court Justices Julius Ansah and Yaw Appau; vice-chancellors including Prof. E. H. Amonoo-Neizer of KNUST and Prof. Kwadwo Asenso-Okyere of the University of Ghana.
And an honorary senior
At the 70th anniversary in 2019, the college unanimously conferred old-student status on the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II. By acclamation, the occupant of the Golden Stool became an Amanfoɔ.
